One-Off Cleanup

Need a quick resolution? Our one-off cleanup service is perfect for special events or when your yard requires a thorough refresh. We deliver effective, prompt service without any ongoing commitment, ensuring your space looks its best whenever you need it.

Monthly Service

Maintain a clean and pleasant yard with our monthly cleanup service. This option is suitable for pet owners who wish to have minimal involvement in waste management while enjoying a well-kept outdoor environment for relaxation and play.

Fortnightly Visits

Our fortnightly visits provide regular cleanings every two weeks, offering a balanced approach to pet waste management that keeps your yard fresh and inviting throughout the season. We ensure your outdoor space stays enjoyable for both you and your pets.

Residential Service

Sign Up For Services

1. Go through our online booking process, give us a call, or message us on Facebook to ask any questions and get signed up for pet waste removal services. We provide fixed price weekly,bi-weekly,fortnightly and monthly service to our residential clients for up to 3 dogs. If you have more than 3 dogs or live on acreage we can give you a custom quotation for the work. 
2. Once you sign up for services a Team representative will reach out to schedule your first cleanup and walk you through the entire process.

Customer Onboarding

1. After your initial cleanup is scheduled you will be able to activate your customer portal where you can manage your Scoop2u service.
2. Our Team Member will help you set up your payment portal and you will be able to input your payment details, manage subscriptions or cancel your subscription at any time.
3. All billing occurs on the 1st of each month prior to services being completed. You are able to setup automatic payments with a credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup SCOOP2U will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal.

The service

1. Expect a 30-60 minute heads-up text before we arrive. You don’t have to be home, but please make sure the area we need to clean is accessible and no aggressive dogs are left in the backyard. This will help us provide the best service possible.
2. Scoop2u is unable to provide exact arrival times as we optimize each route the night before to minimize drive time and help keep costs low. Also the time it takes to complete a yard can vary significantly.
3. Customers are not required to be home during time of service we simply ask for easy access to the cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard.
4. Your Scoop Technician will arrive and begin cleaning up all of the doggie doo. SCOOP2U staff members are trained to walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any pet waste and will always walk your yard multiple times to ensure everything is as clean as possible.

Safety Measures

1. Once your yard is poop free your scoop technician will upload a photo of your closed gate to make sure no dogs get outside of the yard. They will also spray down all of their scooping equipment with hospital grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of illness.

Pet Waste Disposal

1. After all the safety measures have been completed your Scoop Technician will load up all of the bags of pet waste and place them in your red council bin.
2. In order to keep cost low we don’t currently take waste off site.

Our Policy’s

Payment Policy

Payments for services are automated on a monthly recurring cycle.

If payment is not received up to 4 days from the due date you will be removed from the service schedule.

If our Team member cannot gain access to your yard you will still be charged but we will do a double clean the following week. 

Our Team will try knocking on the door and calling you via mobile to try to gain access before leaving.

Customers can cancel at anytime and we will remove you from service.

If a clean has been prepaid you will be refunded the full amount upon cancellation.

Refunds will be processed to the card payment details provided.

If your dog is reactive / aggressive in behavior or prevents us from safely cleaning your yard, we will attempt to contact you through knocking on the door and calling you. 

If we are still unable to complete the service due to the dog’s behavior, the visit will still be charged as per our no access policy.
