Terms & Conditions

Billing and Pricing

  • Prices for our services are subject to increase at any time with minimum one month’s notice.
  • Prices quoted are for yards 250m² or less. Larger yards may incur additional fee.
  • Payments are taken on the 1st calendar day of every month, in advance for the work to be carried out for the month ahead.
  • All clients are on month-to-month contracts, and can cancel at any time, prior to their next monthly payment.
  • Upon joining, immediate payment will be taken to cover services for the remainder of the 1st month.
  • Unpaid invoices will be notified via email and text message. In the event of any financial hardship, please reach out to us in advance so we can find a solution and/or cancel service prior to the invoice becoming overdue.

Yard/Lawn Access and Condition

  • The grass will need to be short enough to access the dog poop to do a thorough job. Similarly debris, excessive leaves and rocks can be a hindrance for a thorough clean so the owner needs to have the yard in workable condition.
  • Access to the yard is the responsibility of the owner. In case we show up and are unable to access the yard, the visit will be charged to the clients account as per normal. A  call out fee (depending upon availability) may apply if we are requested to come back the same week.

Insurance Cover

$2M Public Liability Insurance.

Extreme Weather Conditions and Public Holidays

  • While we endeavour to complete all cleanups on the scheduled day, sometimes nature has a mind of its own and we reserve the right to cancel service in the event of extreme weather conditions such as thunderstorms, heavy rains, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, fires, etc.
  • We do not provide services on public holidays. If your clean up falls on a public holiday, we’ll skip that week and perform everything on the next week. We do not offer refunds for missed visits in the event of a public holiday, because we still have to perform the clean up and pick up all the waste from the previous week.

Pet & Staff Safety

  • While our staff love pets, for any challenging breeds/animals, please put them on a leash or enclose accordingly so we can carry out the tasks efficiently.
  • The client will be responsible for all medical/veterinarian expenses and damages resulting from injury to a member of the Scoop2u’s Team, other persons, or other animals by the pet.
  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Scoop2u in the event of a claim by any person injured, or claiming injury to their animal by the pet.
  • The Client also agrees that it is their responsibility to notify Scoop2u of any dog that has caused an injury to any human or other animal. If a dog has a history of biting or other aggressive behaviour, Scoop2u reserves the right to refuse service.

Social Media

  • Photos and footage of your pet may feature on our social media pages and website. If you do not wish for these to be shared, please let us know.
